A. Yes, we do not sell or rent your information. Your login details will be kept with us for future reference or for discount offers or for promotional codes only. It will not be shared with any other company.

Q. How can I set the delivery date and time?
A. Yes, while preparing for order, you may prefer to set al the details like date and time.
Just select cake of your choice and order the same online by setting your preferred time and location

Q. What if there is problem in cake or non-delivery of the cake?
A. If the cake order by you is wrongly delivered, you may email us or call us within 2 hours. In case of delay due to traffic issues, you may be requested to corporate with such problems.
And in case of non-delivery, your order will be resent or may be cancelled by refunding your whole money paid by you in advance.

Q. Will the product will be same as shown on the website?
A. We do have our in-house bakers so the cake quality will the same. As long as the image matters, there may be slight variation due to camera issues. Though shape and size will be delivered to you as chosen by you only.

Q. Will the orders be delivered on the same day?
A. We do try to deliver the cakes on the same day. Yet on the occasions of valentine, Diwali, Christmas, father days, mother days, etc , you may be requested to kindly make an advance order or to make order before one day so that desirous, yummy cake may be delivered to you on the preferred time.

Q. Do you deliver the cakes on Sundays and national holidays?
A. Yes we do. But still you are requested to make order one day before so that staff may be called for the holidays as well.

Q. What if the recipient is not available at the given address?
A. The recipient will be called once. If he suggest to deliver the cake to neighbour, then it may be handed over to the referred person otherwise second attempt of delivery can be made on chargeable basis.

Q. Can I write a message on the products?
A. Cakes are meant to surprise the dear ones so you can mention message while making orders online and we will write the exact message over the card. Please be careful about spelling errors while writing message. We will not be responsible for the wrong message writing by you.
